Developing Troubadour is a way of sharing my access to Berlin's best stages. I have this access because of playing there and showing that I have a fan-base, work hard and I am a team player.

I love community. It's so exciting to meet new Songwriters. It inspires me. I try to find as many people who feel the same way as I do, and I have had success. This success lies not just in a lot of hard work, but with being open and sharing. It has resulted in finding amazing people to work with who tell all their friends, who then tell all their friends.

I also tell all my friends and send out email newsletters to my email list as well as the Troubadour Mailing list. I post Myspace bulletins and carry flyers with me at all times promoting your show. Your Website, Myspace page, Youtube page etc are all linked on Troubadour's website.

It is important that you tell all your friends too. Sending out an email newsletter not only gets folks there to vote for you, but also returns the favor. Even if you don't live in Berlin, doing so results in a lot more people knowing about Troubadour and sharing the info. Linking back to Troubadour would be a great gift, and thats just a feel-good kind of thing to do.
